Spirituality Media (the “site”) is an independent editorial project that indexes spiritual and philosophical media — videos, books, courses, articles, podcasts — published on third-party platforms. The site is reachable at spirituality-media.com. It is operated as a non-commercial editorial project; some outbound links are affiliate links (see Section 6).
By accessing or using the site you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The site’s editorial work — the curation, cleaned titles, AI-assisted summaries, theme and tag taxonomy, people identification, Journal essays, Lexicon entries, page design, and the structure of the index itself — is the property of Spirituality Media and protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts for non-commercial purposes (review, citation, education) with attribution to Spirituality Media and a link back to the source page. Republication, scraping, or building a competing index from the site’s editorial layer requires written permission.
Third-party media indexed on the site — videos, books, courses, articles, podcasts and their thumbnails, transcripts, and excerpts — remains the property of its original authors, publishers, and platforms. The site indexes pointers to that media; it does not host it. If you are a rights-holder and want a specific item removed from the index, contact vhlread@icloud.com and the row will be removed within a reasonable delay.

Amazon Associates. Spirituality Media participates in the Amazon Associates program. Some links to books on Amazon are affiliate links: if you click through and purchase, the site earns a small commission at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, Spirituality Media earns from qualifying purchases.
Course platforms. Some links to courses on platforms such as Sounds True, Mindvalley, or Insight Timer may be affiliate links under similar terms. Editorial selection is independent of affiliate status: an item is indexed because it fits the curatorial criteria, not because of its commission rate.
Editorial nature, not advice. The site indexes spiritual, philosophical, religious, esoteric, and metaphysical material. The fact that an item appears in the index is not an endorsement of its claims. Content is offered for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read, hear, or watch via this index.
Best-effort indexing. Cleaned titles, summaries, transcripts, and people-identification are produced editorially and may contain errors. Where confidence is low, rows are flagged. The site makes a best effort to keep the index accurate but does not warrant that every field is correct, complete, or current.
Availability. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, the absence of bugs, or the permanence of any specific URL.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to them, or to the use of the site, falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory provisions of European or French consumer-protection law that grant you additional rights.
