Mooji guides a fifteen-minute exercise in which the only instruction is to keep the attention on the silence of being — or, if that doesn't resonate, on the simple sense of the I Am — refusing every invitation to drop into the contents of mind.

Awake and Clear in 15 Minutes Guided Exercise 29 November 2023 (with subtitles) [Mooji] Just sit and put the attention only in the silence of being. If that doesn't resonate with you, you can put it in the vibration, the feeling 'I am'. But don't give a shape to this 'I Am'-ness. It's just the sense of existence, of beingness. It is not personal. And it's full of joy and peace and power. Try and keep the attention only on being. [Mooji] Just be. [Mooji] But those of you, who perhaps have not been coming here, occasionally I'll speak for a little bit in the beginning, but less and less I'll speak. Just refuse the invitation to go into the mind. Just keep bringing it back. And for those who are new to it, don't worry. Failure does not count, doesn't matter. You can get pulled into the mind. It doesn't matter. Just persist and insist to keep it in Emptiness, and you will see. Keep doing that. The Lord does the rest. Keep doing that. Sometimes you will hear this sound. [Mooji clacks the sticks] It just means, drop that stuff. Drop the mind stuff. Stay empty. Om [Mooji rings the bell] [long silence] Do not try to control the mind. Simply stay as only awareness. Empty. [Mooji clacks the sticks] Feel the pull of the mind, but simply detach. Stay only as awareness. No form. [Mooji clacks the sticks] [Mooji clacks the sticks] Clear being. It's already here. No identity. No past. No future. Not even present. No concepts. [Mooji clacks the sticks] No distractions. Alert awareness. No sleeping. [Mooji clacks the sticks] No blank. Clear. Awake. [Mooji clacks the sticks] No thinking. Om [Mooji rings the bell] [Mooji] Awareness, remember, does not need this exercise. This exercise is for the mind, to bring the mind into the Heart. This is the mind's prayer, that nobody heard. It wants to be in the Heart. By holding the attention, it allows the mind to come into the Heart. Now we finish off. Just three minutes, open eyes for me. Same awareness. Same, same. Thank you. Om [Mooji rings the bell] Eyes do not need to be fixed on any object. Seeing and being the unseen.
