Be Inspired interviews Swiss researcher Astrid Stuckelberger, who claims insider knowledge of an underground CIA installation beneath Lake Geneva and CERN's work with what she describes as 17 dimensions and time portals. The piece frames her account as the reason she now considers herself a target.

I have many witnesses who are very reliable who told me that under the lake there is one of the main CIA bases. There is a city under the lake that is more than 300,000 people. What can you tell me about those 17 dimensions? How far did you explore? That's when they talked about the portal. They described that they are time portal. They're going to subatomic levels. This Mandela effect. They put the news and they say no, it was always there and you start doubting about your past. This is a Swiss scientist who worked with the WHO for years, including radionuclear emergencies. That work brought her close to CERN, and it gave her access to information from the inside, and she decided to speak out. The lake she's talking about is Lake Geneva, right next to CERN on the border between Switzerland and France. Now, I know this sounds insane, but while I was researching this video, I found a clip of journalist Ross Kulart, and I wasn't expecting what they found. That's the spot. I'm getting really strong metal right there. >> Look at the picture on here. It's a three-dimensional image. It's showing a cavity. This is the exact spot that I picked as my primary target here. The exact spot standing right over there. It have to be at least 8t. >> Oh, right. Okay. Right. So, that's a big hole. >> That's a fairly big screen of cavity. >> This location is near Sedona, Arizona, close to a place called Bradshaw Ranch. Officially, the land is part of a research project run by Northern Arizona University to study plants and climate change. But people who have investigated the area for years say the activity there doesn't look like a normal research site. The land around the ranch is fenced off and heavily monitored even though the surrounding area is public. Independent investigator Jeremiah Horstman has studied the region for more than a decade. He says people exploring the nearby canyons have reported armed personnel, frequent military helicopters, and strange lights in the sky. Horseman also suggests that the unusual activity in the canyon could be linked to a natural anomaly in the area, something he describes as a possible portal. And apparently that's not the only example. In another video, Ross Koulat says these portals exist across the United States and send a direct message to the US government. I've just been somewhere in the United States where I know there is another portal and I know the United States knows about it. And I was there just the other day. And guess what? It's got a big fence around it, lots of security signs. It's supposedly US Forest Service. But you know what? It's not. And it's supposedly ancient ruins of tribal art. And you know what? It's not. What's happening is that the United States is using the US Forest Service and claims of the protection of archaeological relics to keep secret from the public a portal on US soil. I've been to the location. I'm told that there is technology that is being used to try to deaden the efficacy of the portal to stop things coming out or going through. I know it all sounds like something out of science fiction, but believe me, the United States knows a hell of a lot more about portals and interdimensional technologies than it cares to admit. I'm at this stage not willing to disclose the location of the portal or portals that I'm aware of, but believe me, it's an extremely sensitive, highly guarded secret military facility. Don't try and access there if you're speculating about where it is. You'll get killed. Dr. Astred is saying similar things are happening at CERN. >> There are beings from portals coming in and out. >> Beings coming in and out of portals. Yes, they have apparently in the bottom of the stern this portal, this door where they are dealing with all the subatomic dimensions. They're actually summoning they're summoning entities to come in a portal. >> And this is just the beginning because there have multiple facilities around the world and between 2006 and 2010 something strange happened at several of them simultaneously. Shortly after, the Mandela effect appeared. Small changes in people's memory. But before we continue, one quick clarification. Videos like this need a lot of footage to tell the story properly. Now, as you may already know, CERN is located on the border between Switzerland and France. And inside it, the Large Hadron Collider accelerates particles to nearly the speed of light and smashes them together. Scientists use this to study the fundamental building blocks of reality. But here's something most people don't know. CERN is not the only one. There are particle colliders like this scattered all over the world. Now it gets interesting, so please stay with me. 2007 to 2008, China's upgraded BEPC2 collider started smashing electrons and posetrons. It kicked off real physics data collection in mid 2008, focusing on lighter particles like charm quarks. 2008, the LHC at CERN had its big launch. On September the 10th, protons went around the full 27 km ring for the first time. Two uh one >> go. >> This was the moment scientists had waited more than 25 years to see. >> 2009, LHC came back stronger after fixes. In November, it got its first real particle collisions at low energy, then quickly set a new world record for highest energy. By December, millions of collisions were recorded across experiments. 2009, Russia's VEP 2000 collider also started taking useful physics data that year, exploring similar lighter particle physics. 2010, LHC reached full power mode, the first high energy collisions at 7 terra electron volts, the previous world record in March. This marked the real start of its big discoveries program. 2011, LHC smashed records again by collecting way more data than expected. Experiments like Atlas and CMS hit major data targets, piling up evidence that helped lead to bigger finds later. Right in the middle of it, in 2009, a researcher named Fiona Broom discovered that she and thousands of other people shared identical memories of events that never happened. She called it the Mandela effect. You may already know about it. The Baronstein bears that many remember as Baronstein. Pikachu's tale that people swear had a black tip. Movie lines that millions quote wrong. Logos that look different from how you remember them. All of it. False memories shared by millions of people around the world. The timing is hard to ignore. And then comes 2012. That year, CERN made an announcement that shook the entire scientific world. After decades of searching, they finally confirmed the existence of the Higs Bzon, the particle that gives matter its mass, the missing piece of the standard model of physics. Some called it the God particle. But 2012 was also the year of something else entirely, the end of the world. Or at least that's what millions of people believed was coming. The Mayan calendar, December 21st, prophecies, predictions. The internet was flooded with theories about what was about to happen. Some say the end of the world was never meant literally, but it referred to the end of one era and the beginning of another. And right around that same time, a man named Bill Wood came forward. One of the caveats that I do have some personal information that I did get personally involved in was some information that had to do with the Stargates and Looking Glass and more specifically the 2012 problem with those projects. The I guess popular opinion of what's out there right now is that the project was shut down because there was a problem when we approached 2012. This interview was recorded in 2012 for Project Camelot hosted by Kerry Cassidy. The guest was Bill Wood, a former US Navy member who claimed he had been exposed to classified information far beyond what the public normally sees. In 2012, many people were focused on the idea that the Mayan calendar predicted a global event. Bill said the real concern inside certain classified circles had nothing to do with the prophecy or a calendar. The discussion centered on a program known as Project Looking Glass. According to Bill, Project Looking Glass involved a controlled experimental system designed to study how present-day decisions could influence future outcomes. The system allowed researchers to introduce specific conditions and then test different choices. Each choice generated a projection showing how events might unfold. The purpose of the program was to observe how future scenarios respond to changes made in the present moment. >> The timelines converge on that point in time. And when you know enough about the Stargate projects and the looking glass project to know how string theory works and how the possibility of possibilities works and how making one choice over here doesn't necessarily mean the other choice couldn't exist at the same time. But once you get your brain wrapped around this subject, you find out that at the end of 2012, in an easy way to put it, the choices that we make become less and less consequential to the future. And eventually, we're pushed into this bottleneck of time, no matter which choice we make. >> Bill explains that the technology relied heavily on probability models. Researchers would enter different decisions into the system. For example, they could test one course of action and then compare it with another. The system would generate projections showing which outcome appeared more likely. In many cases, the projection seemed extremely convincing. If one scenario appeared with a probability of 79% while the other shows 21%, the higher number was often treated as the expected outcome. The system appeared to calculate future developments in a structured way, similar to how simulations are used in fields such as meteorology or economics. Over time, researchers noticed an important limitation. The projections changed when realorld events and human choices entered the equation. A scenario that once appeared highly probable could shift as new actions took place. Human behavior, unexpected decisions, and complex interactions influenced the results in ways the system could not fully stabilize. Bill's explanation focused on the interpretation of the data. The projections were treated as stable predictions. In reality, the outcomes remained sensitive to ongoing changes in the present. As new choices were made, the probability landscape could adjust rapidly. This misunderstanding created strong confidence in projections that were never fully fixed. What happened was people, very smart people, began to figure out that something big was coming up. Something that made it so all the possibilities of all the future scenarios of any choice, any possibility that was fed in and observed through the looking glass inherently ended up in the same future. And no decision, no possibility changed past a certain point. That's the big secret. Okay. So, is that certain 2012 in your understanding? >> It well coincides with December 21st, 2012. >> Bill then described another development that reportedly appeared during later tests. As researchers continued running simulations, the system began producing a pattern that attracted attention. Multiple scenarios started to converge toward the same projected outcome. Under normal conditions, different inputs generate different projections. Separate choices produce separate future paths. During these later tests, many simulations pointed toward a similar end point. Bill said this convergence appeared in simulations connected to the period around the end of 2012. Researchers reportedly entered different variables and different decisions. The system repeatedly generated projections that moved toward the same general result. What happened was we made this universe sort of out of balance and our universe >> because of the the collider the super collider. >> Yeah, we altered the weight of a single electron which I believe shifted us into a parallel universe. >> Now think about that for a second. One electron. You've probably heard of the butterfly effect. The concept comes from chaos theory, a branch of mathematics that studies how complex systems behave. And the core idea is this. In any complex system, a tiny change at the start can produce a completely different outcome at the end. The term was coined by mathematician and meteorologist Edward Loren in the 1960s. He was running weather simulations on a computer and noticed something strange. When he slightly rounded one number, we're talking about a difference of 0.00127. The entire weather simulation produced a completely different result. Same starting point, tiny difference, totally different outcome. He realized that weather and complex systems in general are extremely sensitive to initial conditions. So sensitive that even the smallest change, like a butterfly flapping its wings, could set off a chain of events that leads to a tornado on the other side of the world weeks later. The butterfly doesn't cause the tornado directly. It shifts the conditions. Those conditions shift other conditions. And somewhere down the line, reality looks completely different. Now apply that to an electron. >> We altered the weight of a single electron. If one butterfly can change the weather, what happens when you change something at the subatomic level? At the very foundation of matter itself. In a recent interview, the German biopysicist Dieter Buers speaks about whether CERN could influence the Earth's magnetic field, especially the human resonance. We have to begin with a clear understanding of what the human resonance is. These are natural electromagnetic resonances that exist between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere, the charge layer high above us. Lightning strikes happen constantly around the planet. Every strike creates an electromagnetic pulse. That pulse travels upward, reflects off the ionosphere, and moves around the Earth inside the space between ground and sky. Because this process happens all the time, stable frequencies form inside this global cavity. These are the human frequencies. There are studies suggesting that these frequencies may be connected to human brain activity and psychological states. This area remains under scientific debate. Yet, it raises deeper questions about how closely human biology is linked to planetary electromagnetic patterns. From there, the central question emerges. If these frequencies, a part of a global electrical system, could a powerful technological installation influence them. Inside the particle accelerator at CERN, particles are pushed to nearly the speed of light and then collided. These collisions release an extremely large amount of energy in extremely short bursts. Lightning is also a short and powerful electrical discharge. The comparison is based on this similarity in impulse behavior. The idea presented is that high energy artificial impulses might interact with the Earth's electromagnetic environment. The conversation then expands to other large scale installations such as HARP, which transmits powerful radio waves into the ionosphere. Since the ionosphere reflects the signals that create the human resonance, any disturbance in that layer could influence the way energy circulates between Earth and sky. Some say such technologies could influence human mental states. Another key point concerns the magnetic fields used at CERN. The accelerator relies on superconducting magnets that generate fields of around 7 Tesla. This is extremely strong compared to the Earth's natural magnetic field. Physics teaches that magnetic intensity decreases quickly with distance. Even so, the broader question remains whether sustained high magnetic activity within the Earth's crust could interact with the planet's magnetic structure in subtle ways. The discussion also touches on unusual atmospheric phenomena. Red sprites in the upper atmosphere, blue jets, and luminous spirals observed in the sky are mentioned. These events are recognized in atmospheric science. The question raised is whether changes in electromagnetic conditions could influence their frequency or visibility. From there, the focus shifts to the movement of the magnetic poles. The Earth's magnetic north pole is not fixed. It moves over time. Measurements show that its speed of drift has increased in recent decades. Geoysics explains this movement through processes in the Earth's liquid outer core. At the same time, the acceleration of this drift becomes part of a larger conversation about planetary magnetic stability. The broader theme connects several layers of one system. Lightning sustains the human resonance. The human resonance depends on the ionosphere. The ionosphere interacts with the Earth's magnetic field. Large technological systems generate strong magnetic and electromagnetic forces. I know there's a lot here to process. If any of this is even partially true, what does that mean for us right now? Dr. Astred Stuckleberger has a message about that. >> The fact that we are in a matrix already. We are kept in a matrix and we by frequency that have been built upon us whatever earth we have they know we are raising up and we are finding out a lot. So they put even more down 20 to 40 elements in chemtrace from the table of mandela has been found in the last months in the in the air in nano nano size. So they're trying to really put us put us down. How to get out of the matrix is my big question now. And one of them is frequency, but it's also to recognize authenticity and what is real and what is not real. And that's exactly the exercise we're going through now. So frequency is definitely, but it's also questioning the programmation we've gone through. And if you have made this website, it's because you are deprogramming. >> I know that if you made it this far, this video probably shook your sense of reality, even if just a little. Once again, I'm not here to tell you what to believe. The best approach is to do your own research and look into the details yourself and draw your own conclusions.
