you know you've heard me say before that the teacher should be the final disappointment you know everything else has disappointed Us in life everything else has failed us so so then we come to the teacher hoping that the teacher or the teaching will finally finally give us what we want and and a good teacher should be our final disappointment but not so soon please it's it's all I'll still be your friend it's okay but maybe this and you know I know you're hugely um I know you're hugely respectful but with our respect often comes um some projection we we mix up respect and projection that they're very often the same thing and so here we have respect for each other mutual respect for each other but sooner or later and it's good sooner in your case the projection has to go and it's good you you you're um you're you're beginning to withdraw the projection you you you've for the first time you've been disappointed by the teaching and the teacher first of all I'm disappointed of myself experiencing your words uh like I did no but don't be disappointed it's a good sign more about you go don't be disappointed it it's a good sign it's a sign of the deepening of your understanding the the words are losing their are losing their power your your you're you're having to go deeper in yourself not even rely on the words not not rely on the teacher not rely on the teaching it it's good but in the Bible even there it is mentioned the meaning of the word um at the beginning there was this word and word carries for me all potentialities to uh to what they are standing for this for instance the seed words in Sanskrit yes but but in that case it's not the spoken word that is being referred to it's the logos yes I know good it's a good thing I I know it's uncomfortable but something that you've invested yourself in has has kind of let you down you you you feel that that the teaching no longer has that or at least these last few mornings the teaching no longer has that power power that you previously relied on it's good you shouldn't rely on the teaching in in the end you should only rely on yourself your own being but but you are really one of the of those human beings I experience that one can believe that one can trust and well I cannot think about more more being more trustful and more I don't know these English words were Hy and and pure and and uh and closer to that what is but but got I you're projecting onto me but it's not a projection um everybody else I suppose is uh has the same feeling otherwise they would I'm asking you you to do is is don't worry a a friendship will remain in fact it will grow but but um that the trust you feel that it's it it's it's trust for you in your being that's where the real trust is that's where the real devotion is but it's goes good together well I do not know whether somebody else is interested in this um discussion here I better stop got it don't worry it's it's a it's a it's a Dark Night of the Soul we are interested interested go it it's like a it's like a little dark night of the Soul everything is being taken away from you everything that you pre prevously relied on the highest Authority that it's like a dark night of the soul don't worry don't worry we will hold you through it don't worry it's krishna's cow Krishna is taking the farmer's the farmer's last possession away from him I hear what you say but I have so many other things which you can take away maybe you don't see them thank you God I'll always be here as your friend that that that that won't be taken away but love can't be taken away
