good morning in today's meditation I will guide you to focus on cultivating gratitude and embracing thankfulness as you start your day gratitude is a practice that can shift your perspective hence your well-being and attract more blessings into your life welcome to the mindful movement I'm Sarah Raymond I am grateful you are here with me for this practice and I am honored to be your guide let's begin I invite you to make yourself comfortable close your eyes or soften your gaze to settle in and connect inward for your practice [Music] take a long slow breath in through your nose feeling the air fill your lungs [Music] breathe out slowly releasing any attention or stress from your body foreign let your muscles relax and imagine a wave of relaxation wash over you [Music] breathe in feeling your abdomen rise breathe out through your nose allowing any worries or distractions to fade away [Music] continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically letting each breath bring you deeper into a state of calm when you feel ready let go of any effort with your breath and soften into Stillness [Music] shift your focus to your heart the seat of emotions and love feel the warmth energy radiating from this Sacred Space [Music] imagine a warm radiant light glowing within your heart [Music] with each natural breath visualize this energy expanding and filling your entire body enveloping you in a cocoon of gratitude [Music] feel this light expanding with each breath spreading gratitude and thankfulness throughout your entire being [Music] allow this sense of gratitude to flow from your heart and radiate outwards [Music] with the energy of gratitude take a moment to reflect on the blessings of this new day [Music] think about the simple Joys that often go unnoticed Express gratitude for the gift of life for the opportunities that lie ahead and for the love and support you have in your life foreign as you Embrace thankfulness consider three things you are grateful for today they can be big or small personal or Universal reflect on the little things that bring you Joy and Express gratitude for them [Music] it could be the warmth of a cup of coffee in the morning the laughter of loved ones or the beauty of nature [Music] [Music] Let each moment of gratitude fill your heart with warmth and appreciation foreign these things have on your life and allow yourself to truly feel the Gratitude in your heart now expand your gratitude even further visualize a beautiful web of interconnectedness connecting you to all living beings on this planet thank you recognize the contributions of others and the interconnectedness of all aspects of your life send a heartfelt thank you to all those who have played a role directly or indirectly in shaping your path [Music] now I invite you to explore the power of gratitude even in the face of challenges or difficulties life's journey may bring you moments of hardship and adversity it is during these times that gratitude can become a profound source of strength and resilience [Music] no need to bring to mind specifics simply consider how challenges can offer lessons and opportunities for growth that you can be grateful for [Music] [Music] recognize that difficulties can shape you and awaken strength within you despite the difficulties there may be hidden blessings Silver Linings or moments of Grace that emerge gratitude can be a Beacon of Hope comforting presence and a catalyst for healing by embracing gratitude in the face of challenges you acknowledge your capacity for growth compassion and transformation with gratitude in your heart for both blessings and challenges take some time to visualize your day filled with appreciation and thankfulness imagine yourself encountering moments that evoke a deep sense of gratitude visualize acts of kindness moments of joy and opportunities for gratitude feel the positive emotions that arise from these experiences and let them fill your heart with gratitude [Music] now as you come back to the present moment [Music] set intentions for cultivating gratitude throughout your day [Music] choose to approach each interaction with kindness appreciation and thankfulness [Music] Embrace a mindful presence and notice the opportunities for gratitude that arise in your day make gratitude a consistent part of your thoughts words and actions [Music] take a deep breath in feeling A Renewed sense of gratitude and thankfulness [Music] bury the feelings of gratitude with you throughout your day allowing them to guide your thoughts actions and interactions as we conclude
