If you are feeling overwhelmed or struggling to trust the path of your life, this guided sleep meditation will help you tap into the power of the universe and cultivate a deep sense of self-trust and inner peace. I am honored to be your guide on this transformative journey as you release fear and embrace the flow of life, knowing that everything is happening for your highest good. Trust in yourself, trust in the universe, and awaken to a life full of limitless possibilities. Get cozy now to begin your journey toward deep relaxation, healing, and transformation. Welcome to the mindful movement. I'm Sarah Raymond. I invite you to make yourself comfortable. Take your time as you settle into your bed for the evening. Allow your body to sink into the softness of your mattress. Close your eyes when you are ready as a signal to your mind and body that it is time to turn your attention inward. It's time to turn off your awareness of the outside world. It's time to let the events of the day go now. It's time to give yourself permission to accept tranquility and sleep. Take a long, slow breath in and exhale all the tension and stress from your body. Let yourself relax more and more with each passing breath. Feeling the peace and tranquility of this moment. As you continue to focus on your breath, allow your body to relax and release. And let your breath become slow and steady. As your physical body continues to relax, allow your creative mind to fill with the images of the scene I will describe. Know that you are safe and cozy in your bed and you can fill in all the details using your senses and your imagination. Allow this visualization to continue the relaxation process. Now, in your mind, imagine yourself safely standing on a riverbank looking at the water flowing gently downstream. See the scene of nature all around you. Feel the temperature of the air on your skin. As you watch the water, you have the realization that it represents the flow of life and that you are part of it. The river is moving forward and you can trust that it will take you where you need to go. This river helps you to see the universal support and wisdom that is always available to you. You can trust that you are not alone and that there is always a higher power guiding and supporting you. As you gaze out at the water, you see the infinite possibilities of life. You can trust that there are endless opportunities and paths available to you and that you are capable of creating the life that you desire. As you continue watching the river flow and enjoying the peaceful surrounding scenes of nature, you notice some birds flying gracefully above you. And you recognize these birds represent your spirit, your inner wisdom, and your ability to soar above any challenge. You can trust that you have the strength and resilience to overcome any obstacle and achieve your dreams. Now, imagine that you safely step into the river knowing that this scene exists only in your imagination. And as you step into the river, you allow the water to carry you. As you float safely downstream, you feel a sense of surrender knowing that you can trust the flow of life to take you where you need to go. You know that this experience is in support of your highest good and all that are involved. As you continue floating, you notice that the river begins to flow fast --- f you will be able to navigate the rapids. And just then, you remember the birds and you see them flying above you, reminding you of your own inner strength and resilience. You realize that you can trust yourself to rise above any challenge and to keep you moving forward with grace and determination. With this courage, you allow the current to fully support you and carry you. You trust and surrender. Feeling the power of the water and the power within you. You remember that you can trust yourself and that you have the inner wisdom and strength to handle any challenge that comes your way. As you keep floating, you feel a sense of peace and acceptance, knowing that you are exactly where you are meant to be. You can trust that the universe has a plan for you and that everything is unfolding with divine timing. With this new-found self-trust, you navigate the flowing river with ease, feeling empowered and confident. You realize that you can trust yourself to make the right decisions and to take the necessary steps to achieve your goals. As you continue flowing downstream, you notice that the river widens and becomes calmer. You feel a sense of peace and contentment, knowing that you can trust the flow of life to bring you to a place of serenity and joy. Remember that things always work out for your highest good, even if it doesn't always seem that way. Sometimes life takes unexpected turns and you may not get exactly what you want. But you can trust that you will get what you need and that everything is happening for a reason. As the river flows into the bank, you calmly and safely step onto the shore. And you find a place to rest. You know you are exactly where you need to be and you feel completely safe and supported. You close your eyes and rest, feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin and the coolness of the breeze around you. As you drift deeper and deeper into relaxation, you imagine yourself 6 months from now. You feel confident, empowered, and fully trusting in yourself and your decisions. You know that you can handle any challenge that comes your way and you have an unshakable belief in your own strength and resilience. As you visualize this future version of yourself, feel a sense of calm and confidence wash over you, knowing this is who you are becoming. Sometimes you may experience setbacks or failures that may make you doubt your ability to trust yourself. I invite you to see these moments as opportunities for growth and learning. Every challenge that comes your way is a chance to remind yourself just how strong and capable you truly are. So, instead of seeing these moments as setbacks, you choose to see them as opportunities for growth and learning. And you know that they are helping you to become the best version of yourself. As you continue to relax on the peaceful riverbank, focus on a specific memory where you felt a strong sense of self-trust. Allow yourself to fully immerse in this memory, feeling the sensations in your body and the emotions that come along with it. And as you immerse yourself into this memory, you are building muscle memory. You are reminding yourself of this feeling of self-trust. And anytime you need to access this feeling in the future, you will be able to easily bring this same sense of self-trust and confidence to the surface. As you feel the peace and tr --- d, and you are supported by the universe. As you look around, you notice that there are some clouds in the sky. They are dark and ominous and they seem to be moving toward you. But you feel a sense of calm and trust. You know that these clouds are just passing through. And that they will soon be replaced by clear skies and sunshine. And because of your immense self-trust and trust in the universe, you are okay. You trust that everything will work out for your highest good. No matter what happens. And as you continue to relax, just as you had imagined, the clouds pass by. And now there is clear skies and sunshine. And as you continue to sit and relax, you feel a strong connection with the earth below you. This connection represents your deep inner strength and resilience. No matter what storms come your way, you know that you will always stay grounded and anchored in your trust. Know that you are fully supported by the universe and its infinite wisdom. Trust in yourself. Trust in the flow of life. And trust that everything is happening for your highest good. You can hear these affirmations as your words. And allow the self-trust and confidence to build and amplify within you. I trust myself completely. I trust the universe. I trust myself to make the right decisions. I trust in the flow of life and know that everything is happening for my highest good. I trust that I am capable of handling any challenge that comes my way. I trust in the wisdom and guidance of the universe. I trust that I am on the right path and that everything is unfolding in divine timing. I trust my own strength and resilience. I trust that I am deserving of love, success, and abundance. I trust that I have the power to create the life I desire. I trust that I am worthy of all the good things life has to offer. I trust that my dreams and desires are coming true, even if I can't see them yet. I trust that I am enough just as I am. I trust that my intuition and inner wisdom will always guide me in the right direction. I trust that my experiences are helping me grow and learn. I trust that I am supported by the universe and all of its infinite possibilities. I trust that I am surrounded by love and positive energy. I trust that I am capable of creating the life of my dreams and manifesting my desires. I trust that I am strong enough to overcome any obstacles and persevere through any challenge. Trust in the flow of life. And trust in the universal support and wisdom. Now recognize that you are safe and cozy in your own bed. And as you drift into a deep, restful sleep, allow yourself to surrender completely to the feeling of trust and peace. Your subconscious mind will continue to reinforce your belief in yourself and the world around you, guiding you toward a life of happiness and fulfillment. Now, as you feel the peace and tranquility of this moment wash over you, know that you are safe, you are loved, and you are guided. Allow yourself to surrender to the embrace of sleep. Trust that you are fully supported by the universe and its infinite wisdom. As you drift into sleep, allow yourself to let go knowing that tomorrow is a new day full of new opportunities and blessings. Rest deeply. Dream sweetly.
