Spiritual Teachings of the Heart: Mer-Ka-Ba and 5D Ascension — Drunvalo with Lilou Mace

hello John Val hello lelu good to have you today um you have you wrote many many books and you're an international speaker your latest book I think is Serpent of light is that right that's right yeah and you're a person that speaks a lot about the sacret space of the heart and living in the heart um can you tell us why it is so important to learn how to live from this space right now In This Moment In Time well there's a lot of reasons why it's not just kind of one reason uh but uh let me think um probably the the most important reason is because if you believe all the prophecies that are going on all around the world not just the mays but everywhere uh we're about to move into another level of existence and uh and in order to do that uh the only way you can do that in a smooth smooth harmonic way that is known or ever understood at least in ancient times was by being centered in the heart and not in the brain and today almost everybody on Earth is centered in their brain and uh and it is a real problem as you can see the world is dying because of it because we don't have any heart and we don't care about anybody else but uh but it's much much more than that I mean um uh the heart contains the place where everything that we see in our reality all the stars the planets and everything else like that there is a place in there where all those things were created and it is the same place in everybody's heart it's exactly the same there's only one of these places and it's the same everywhere and if we remember this and if we remember how to live in this space and not uh Focus everything from our brain uh we will make this transition very easily it it won't it will not be a problem for anybody that's living in that way for someone who's living in their brain and all they can think about is how much money they have and possessions and all the material world uh that kind of Consciousness is in a lot of trouble and so this has been your main focus of your work well it wasn't originally because I didn't know about this I originally was studying uh the material world and and a lot of other things of how it came into being in terms of structurally through sacred geometry and how the relationships were I spent 14 years just sitting around studying that and I finally got to the place where I realized that that absolutely everything in existence uh came into existence and is in existence now because of sacred geometry and of these relationships and that was important to understand and so those first two books were just the the beginning and then later I began to understand the female side of it which was really hard for me I mean being male a female is really different it is not just our bodies are different and we kind of look a little different but inside we're different yeah and and and then even deeper on how we uh come from source and how we come out from source and relate to the outer World on those levels uh female is very different than male yeah and uh it is taken me many years to begin to understand that it's it's uh and be able to actually do it and live it it's not easy so did you had some over to overcome some challenges to uh learn and and and realize this and and and and now bring the teachings that you're bringing to the world oh I had to overcome a lot of things uh my my very nature I had to overcome to understand in order to step into this world my wife is the one that actually uh she helped me and led me into this into this world and and it was her understanding she's been studying uh a similar pathway but it's but it's been on Earth for a long time it's about 6,000 years or so and uh and that pathway uh which is called the Blue school in the United States also the school of images it goes back to the anyway a long time ago and that pathway is one where they see that everything in existence is just images there there is no actual things uh nothing really exists it's only the images that are created uh that we can perceive yeah and I I know this is different than how we think now but it isn't different than if you go back into the vas and say uh in in India or Tibet and and there they say the same thing that the external world is not actually there it is uh it's an illusion and uh and uh and even science today can't really prove that we're on a planet or that we have bodies or that there is anything all we know is that that there's electrical impulses in our brain moving across synopsis and and that that we image something but is it really there uh they don't know and in the ancient world it's not and and that is a really different way of perceiving the reality than we do now so because we're living in the heart then we perceive this this other reality that we're actually not seeing with our eyes well a long time ago we we used to live we were focused our spirit was focused inside of our heart and uh and the brain was remotely controlled from the heart and uh and so it it had control over it and and so whatever images that it would create out into the outer world uh whatever it would do it would do it through a very definite series of uh in inter connections within the brain and within the heart uh these things are very well known even through science at this point and uh but uh we we lost that and uh and we really lost it and so uh I I really don't know how to proceed in something like this because unfortunately almost all the world has no um no basis uh nothing to uh to attach to or to know in order to know what I'm talking about the the only way you can really do this is to do it there really isn't any other way you can't use words or you you can describe it and talk about it but it doesn't really mean much uh the actual experience of moving into the heart is amazing uh it's something beyond anything that we uh are normally aware of and when you do uh a whole another World opens up a world that is uh similar to this one but really really different the stars and and all the planets and everything that we see outside that when we look when we stand on the on the earth we look off the surface of the Earth you could go inside you can put duct tape over your eyes which it actually makes it easier and you can go inside of your heart and you will find a place everyone does uh where you step outside in in a dream world out there and there are the stars and there exactly the same and if there's a comet going by it'll be going by inside of your heart also it is you're actually looking at the world in the universe but not with your brain eyes but with your single heart eye and uh there was a book written about this 5,000 years ago called the aesar 108 people that went into their heart uh a long time ago there're just people like you and me but they wrote about it the books become famous now but uh it it describes this and in every single one of these things the people always talk about how wow the stars are inside of our heart where did they come from it's uh it's it's the beginning of a a new way of perceiving life and this but it's not really new it's really very very old so are you just are you are you a bit sad by the what's what's happening and how the world is functioning or do you actually always find a space to be in the heart and accept what's going on with compassion and understanding no I don't I don't see uh uh really from my point of view there is nothing wrong everything is whole complete and perfect just as it is we are moving through a transition and whenever you move through a transition you go through chaos it's just part of it's science actually uh you can't go from uh one pattern to another pattern without breaking down the old pattern and to get to the other pattern and so uh what's occurring here is fine there's no real problem with it uh uh we will step to the other side and and and once we do the transition will be a lot easier for everybody involved is there is there some uh some over our heart that is not allowing us to open it further I mean or some some things that we have inherited from previous life or this lifetime that would not enable us to open it or be even afraid of this beautiful sacred power well it goes back uh to Atlantis and about 13,000 years ago a little less than that and something happened on there uh we know pretty well what it is but it doesn't really matter at this point and it caused us to fall in in conscious to drop a long ways down to where we are now and uh and uh it it's just a different world now than it was then uh I mean uh we can't uh to go back into those worlds uh is will not really uh help us to understand our situation on the other stand on the other time it the other way it is our source of what happened to us I don't think I answer your question so give it to me again um is there is there what is really holding us back from either previous lives or listen lifetime from opening our heart fully what are we afraid of or what are the barriers what is holding us back unconsciously and consciously well when we when we fell the last time we move out of our hearts into our brains and we then severed the connection uh we don't have the connection between our hearts anymore uh the our emotional body that we feel now which we think is from our heart is not it's from our right brain uh we have two emotional bodies we have one that comes from our right brain and and all of our you all of our emotions are polarized because it's a the the uh the brain itself is polarized and so we have this feeling that we that that uh uh every every that we're feeling from our heart but we're really not if if you've ever had the experience of going into your heart you know that that's what what you're doing is a is almost like a synthetic world it's it's it's a an emotional body that uh is not normal uh the true emotional body is in your heart and it's not polarized and so if we feel love here uh we're really loving someone from our brain not from our heart and it's really obvious if we could be so much in love with somebody and we could be talking away and then our lover says to us something that we don't like and we get mad at them instantly just like that but if we were in our hearts it wouldn't matter matter what they said to us or even what they did to us uh we would unconditionally love them no matter what but hardly anyone has ever felt this place because we've been severed from it it does happen rarely and usually one of those times is when a woman just has a baby the baby just came out and it's at her breast and sucking and she looks down and she loves that baby from her heart not from her brain she would die for that baby right then and uh and it so uh but we don't know this I mean most of the world has no idea that we have two emotional bodies and uh and so there there is another world awaiting I mean it really is it's just a completely different way of perceiving the world and uh and that's uh yeah that's where I'm studying I'm learning and and and it's a lifetime project uhhuh can you tell us about the meraba yeah the can you tell us about the meraba yeah the mer meraba is also a brain function uh initially when I wrote the first two books The Flower of Life Volume One and Two uh I uh thought that it was the heart that was causing the rotational there's a counter rotating field of light and the part that rotates uh uh counterclockwise to us that that is uh that is the mind and the Brain but but it is also we didn't know this then but what's rotating clockwise is moving in the opposite direction uh is actually the right brain and uh and it's our that emotional body that we just talked about you have to feel love in order to make this uh the maraba function but uh you don't have to connect into the love that you would feel from your heart so what the maraba is is a it's a well the on one level it's a vehicle in fact in Hebrew that's the that's what it means maraba means Chariot or or vehicle that can carry you from one place to another and uh and it was uh we all knew what this was a long time ago I mean uh uh however when we lost everything in Atlantis we dropped the ab we lost the ability to even make a maraba and we were stranded left by ourselves and we've all been left by ourselves now for the last 13,000 years but the maaba has the potential of taking someone from onedimensional world into another dimensional world when we die that's what we do we must have our maaba to get over into the other levels only uh or we couldn't do it but we do it unconsciously now we don't do it consciously and that's why we keep it reincarnating because we we die unconsciously and we have to keep doing this but the maraba has many other uses and and these are subtle and takes usually years to really understand but it is part of the creation process and so uh when someone creates anything out of nothing um uh it eventually moves in a very specific way through the body and then uh uh eventually comes to the pineal gland the pituitary glands the third eye opens up uh beams of light come out of the head a sphere appears arounds side the head which science has been able to photograph and actually see this and then right out at your fingertips if you stretch your arms out is another sphere and that's where the image from comes and uh uh uh this science is is was almost lost it was almost completely gone out of human awareness and and and now there are about 40 million people or more that are bringing it back and so it's uh it it's here now for sure for forever so it's the human human energy field it's the physical body human energy field but it also connects the uh the the left and the right sides of the brain together it actually become works like the Corpus colossum that links the two together and and it uh and from there uh there are very practical things you can do for example I mean you can program your maraba in ways that uh it will um it it will will function almost like magic it looks like magic when you're doing it you can heal yourself of anything whatsoever on Earth it doesn't matter what it is uh you can uh transform your uh emotions you can move in all kinds of ways and do things that are not possible uh without it and so it it's it has a kind of a human practical level to it also it is a it's a living field it's alive it's not U like a machine or something that is rotating it's a very complex pattern but it is and it's a little bit difficult to actually begin to establish it back into the human body again but uh you know the first two books tell you exactly how to do it is not that hard can we call it we what can we call it can you call it yeah can we set an intention to connect with it and to ReDiscover it and you can now it was almost impossible when it first started because it wasn't in human consciousness it was almost gone and then slowly people all over the world began to do it and bring it back and when they did they would put that memory into the grids that are around the earth that we all connected to and now there are people all over the world that are just remembering it and living it and they had never been to a school they don't know anything on those kind of levels they could not probably describe it geometrically or ratios or speeds or mathematics involved with it but that doesn't really matter uh they can they can bring it back and make it alive and there are millions of people doing this now uh it's it's very encouraging so what it's what is it its relationship with the like the Kundalini well there is a relationship uh the Kundalini is uh it is an energy that comes from the base of the spine there is one energy there and there are five channels that run up the up the spine um if the K if if this one energy comes up one of those channels we call that a sexual orgasm if it comes up another Channel we call that a Kundalini experience and it has a different purpose uh the uh if it if it's a sexual experience it it is for making babies and it also is for other things that we don't know right now we've long forgotten this stuff but has to do with the creation process Sexual Energy can create anything actually not just a baby but anything and uh but if if that energy is purposely drawn up another channel uh and it and and you have the a Kundalini experience one of the functions is is that it it U it drives that person to find God uh they they just can't help it after they've had a Calon experience uh spirituality becomes the most important thing in their life and they just won't stop and they will never stop they just keep going until uh they have found uh the source of life which is within themselves and uh and there's other ones there's one associated with the heart which people are starting to have experiences now which is quite extraordinary uh there's another Channel you can move that energy up but in order to do it you must be centered in your heart space in the Sacred Space of the heart and if you do once you get centered in there for a certain length of time then this amazing experience takes place where it's another uh like an orgasm very much like a Kundalini only it's about I don't know I'm guessing it's a 100 hundred times more stronger and it lasts a very long time it lasts about 20 minutes but a white energy field that surrounds you and uh it's just it's hard to believe until you actually have the experience of it and what it does though is there are external fields that are the heart creates around the human body they're called tral fields and there's two of them heart math at Stanford was the one that mapped these and was able to find them and scientifically prove them but around the maaba there are actually uh thousands of these uh tetr tral fields and they're all aligned with the spine but the the other fields are aligned with the heart itself so they're off just a couple inches but it might be 2 inches but it's a long ways and when you have this experience the turorial fields that are generated by the heart move over and align and phase lock with the maaba fields and at that point um a transition has taken place and that person is permanently in their heart at that point they will not go back the other way and uh and that is a significant uh moment in in a person's life when that takes place there are two other channels but they are for uh much longer in the future we're not there yet uh we can't do it from these bodies that we have uh we will gain we will gain other bodies we don't know about this yet either but there are other bodies that we will U achieve uh they were all mapped out and precisely out of Egypt uh you can actually see the sizes and everything in Egypt of the statues but uh so someday in the future we will human beings will experience these two other kinds of orgasms that come up that spine that have other purposes but right now there's only three available to us we are you saying that physically we're going to become bigger like avatars Avatar is pretty interesting that James Cameron uh was able to become aware of that yeah we our bodies uh are about to do exactly that uh the height is that what we know is that on planets everywhere all over as well as this planet here uh that uh when you reach this next level of Consciousness your body grows to a females grow to about 10 to 12 feet high and males are about 14 to 16 High and we get this huge head a very massive brain compared to what we are now and it is one of the five levels of consciousness that are possible with humans and that's exactly what we are in the process of doing uh we won't see that here because we won't be on this level this is that we're talking on the third dimensional level of the earth uh that all takes place in the fourth dimensional level of the earth and uh uh but that is exactly what the Mayans are predicting and the H and everything right now is that we are there there's going to be this uh pole shift physical pole shift that will take place a magnetic pole sh shift also that'll proceeded it and during that or shortly after it uh we will go we will transform and in that transformation we go fourth-dimensional to in fourth dimensional Earth where at which our bodies begin to change we can predict it mathematically exactly it's amazing at this point but uh how he figured that out I don't know but it was pretty good it's probably in tune yeah probably is um so your your ma matical background has tremendously helped you in this research because I read that originally you wanted to go for a mathematic and Science and then you're like something is wrong here I'm changing path and kind of I got down I was in my last quarter of physics and math I only had to go just another couple more months and I decided not to do it and switched over to the right brain and studied Fine Arts and painting and uh but the mathematics and the understanding uh was essential for what I had had to do in my life and uh so it was perfect yeah but do you you have hopes for science to actually one day meet U quantum physics you know in spiritual teachings I mean um I don't think quantum physics will do it because quantum physics has a lot of problems and so does relativity so does Super String Theory uh but yes someday I believe that uh spirituality in his purest and cleanest form form and Science in its purest and cleanest form are the same thing there's no difference they they will be describing the same reality and we'll understand it and exactly they'll be the same thing uh Russia has just come out with a new Theory of Everything which is the most extraordinary thing I've ever seen in my life and uh they can predict uh every single thing they can predict where every single Photon will be anytime in the future or the past uh and that is a huge huge accomplishment just purely by mathematics and so what we think is uh we think that we have free will and that everything is just happening exactly according to whatever we're doing and we're doing it but uh these mathematics seem to show another picture and that is is that everything that's happening um is predetermined and uh and they can actually the very words that we're saying right now can mathematically be determined and so um well W where all this is going but we'll soon find out someday I guess do you is there some steps for people that are beginning and really realizing the importance of living with an open heart do you is there some steps for people that are beginning and really realizing the importance of living with an open heart and living from the heart in the heart um is there is there maybe some meditation or some thoughts or some ways or some things that they that we can do on a daily basis that you recommend to start this process well in the in the book that I wrote the living in the heart it does give uh methods and there are many of these of ways of getting into the heart uh Jesus had his way of doing it and described it and there were others uh um the kogi out of uh Colombia they have their way and we've identified about four or five ways but there may be others and and you can just by pure desire uh by actually but it is a it is a leaving you have to leave the brain you can't be in your brain and be in your heart at the same time uh you have to actually make a transition there's a movement that has to take place if you're just sitting in your brain thinking you're in your heart that's just imagination and it's not the same thing yeah but um if somebody really wants to find their way into their heart they really want to they will and and once they're in there uh the secret to Ascension uh and to everything and that's coming upon us right now if you believe any of the prophecies that are about to take place uh it's really then very very very simple all you do is connect your heart that you're in to the heart of the earth and to the heart of the sun and it puts a vibration in you a very specific vibration that happens to also be uh permeated inside of the brain it's a there's a vibration in there that is talked about even thousands of years ago and those vibrations are either the same or they're in they're in har harmony with each other and uh and if you uh connect your heart to the heart of the earth and you really love her I mean really love your mother and you really love your Divine Father the Son and all the rest of creation this vibration that is put in you um it is the only thing you need in this transition you don't need anything else uh it doesn't matter where you are on earth or what it is um Mother Earth will keep you alive during the transition because of that vibration she knows it she recognizes it and those are the people that will survive and go on as Humanity in the in the in the future uh those that are still in their brains are are they're going to survive also uh God is in everyone so they we don't throw people away but uh they're going to take a different pathway and it's okay too it's just it's a different pathway so it's a serious proposition yes it is seriously important yeah and it's easy it's so easy it just requires love you it has to be real love it can't be just something you're making up or faking but if you really can love the Earth and really can love all of creation uh you're home free MH um how do you describe Ascension well Ascension has many different uh uh people have many different ideas about what that is and uh and what it means um it's kind of like the word God uh every single person has a different idea of who God is or what it is some feel God is male some feel they she's female some feel that God has no sex whatsoever and uh some feel that God has a name some feel that God can't have a name because name is vibration in outside of outside of the that possibility and so uh it's the same way uh for me Ascension is uh on a real simple easy way of of talking about it it's simply moving from the heart from the brain to the heart because that's what that was when we fell that's all we did we moved from the heart to the brain we went out of we went out of phase with reality and so that's all it is on one level you can also speak about it as moving through the dimensional levels and and moving from the third to the fourth to the fifth Etc and many people talk about it in that kind of way it is a process it doesn't ever seem to have an end um from mesic point of view we know that there are over 100 there's about a 100,000 a little more than 100,000 different uh ways of interpreting the one reality it just is one reality it just is whatever is out there that's what's there but there's a lot of ways of perceiving it and Ascension can be seen as moving up those different levels of uh of perceiving the one reality and um so so the so the um for you the the religions too are going to um people from different religious background are going to realize that we're all living that same reality as well well I think that the the different religions are probably going to be uh if you're really coming from one of those places uh uh they can get you through this but I think that once we are through it it's going to be a pretty shocking thing for most people to realize that uh the belief patterns that religions have imposed upon us are not necessarily uh connected to the to the reality uh the reality is what it is and we cannot change that and uh and a lot of these belief patterns uh do not fit into the truth and so uh but still um uh it won't matter we we all we're all going to get out of this just fine I mean all life is going to make it through this this transition but this is a big transition and uh and it's we are in the middle of it right now uh it it's becoming pretty obvious you know for anybody out there just watching the world of of of the the way the events are unfolding and the speed at which they were unfolding and the uh the dramatic uh possibilities of some of these things I mean like this oil spill right now that's occurring uh that could potentially be huge I mean it only takes one qut of oil to kill and poison 250,000 gallons of ocean and uh and if that oil gets into the Gulf Stream which it very well might uh because it's very near where this is if it gets into the gstream and moves into the Atlantic Ocean that will probably be the end of the Atlantic Ocean the Atlantic Ocean is on the verge of dying already it's it's just about dead it's getting close uh the uh jacqu crusto was the one who first scientifically said this met training is dead there's hardly any life in there at all and uh and this would just about do it well if if that were to happen if that even close uh we are the top of the food chain and we can't live without the oceans uh it's it would be the beginning of the end and so uh but there are a lot of things going on in our worlds right now uh environmentally there's over 70 different uh scenarios and and we're not not even aware of most of these scenarios they don't talk about them but if any of them were to break down uh our our planet would begin to dissolve very quickly and uh so uh we are at a time when we are kind of forced into uh Thinking Beyond where we are right now we have to and and as these systems begin to break down more and more and more uh I think it's going to uh spirituality is probably going to be the most important subject on Earth because uh it is the only thing we can do right now if this continues it might not things might get better let's hope they do but uh at the you know uh at this moment uh they are moving in a way that uh something is going to have to happen yeah and and and probably some amazing uh talents and creativity and and concepts are going to emerge out of this like magical probably I mean something things that we can't even probably see right now well it yeah uh I think so uh I I would love to talk about some of the stuff that we know is happening but I I can't go into this stuff right now our government is actually uh U wanting to know more about this themselves but uh this is a much bigger world than we know uh there is more life here than we even imagine and uh and even and science is just beginning to find out about it just since 2009 have they begin to become aware that there is far more life forms on this Earth than they ever knew and uh and uh we have beings that are here on Earth as well as PE people that are off of Earth that really do care about us and and really love us and uh it's not like the Grays and the reptiles where they're trying to kill us and do all these weird things to us yeah that's true but those guys are always doing this every single time most of life really does love us and and uh and when when it really comes down to it and when we really need them uh we're going to find that they're there for us like angels angels are one level uh that level uh uh oh they've always been with us they love us we people don't know this but I I'll say it anyway uh every human being actually is an angel they have a part of themselves a part of their Consciousness that that is and a part that cannot be separated from who we are that lives on those levels that is an angel in fact we have two in order to uh come from a polarity polar from a Unity Consciousness where there is not polarity into a world where there is polarity you have to divide your spirit into two mhm and and one male and one female you split it into those two things everybody's done this that they don't know they have another counterpart running around on the earth you know people call it soulmates call it all kinds of things but it's just you and you Al also have two aspects of of angels that are on another level and they're watching like crazy what's going on with you because they love you and they want to make sure that you get through this and you're okay but there are levels higher than that much higher than that that that are watching what's going on here and uh and really do care and have tremendous power unbelievable power uh they're they're they're all been leaving us alone uh because it's illegal to interfere at the wrong time there's a certain time when they can but right now they can't and uh but we are very rapidly approaching the time when they will and this is part of the Mayan prophecy is that that Mayan proph prophecy talks about a pole shift and huge destruction on the earth and massive changes and Earth changes and everything and yeah it probably will happen even our science believes this is going to occur now but uh but afterwards uh when we make this transition into another level of human potential uh what the minds predict is that the the our quarantine here on Earth is ended and that uh we are able that being from all over the universe are able to come here and speak with us and talk to us and a whole another level I guess it's like the Men in Black kind of thing I don't know but how far away is that well uh literally it could happen today uh the I mean we can we know exactly what the what the procedure is science knows exactly what the procedure is too at this point it's not it's not uh unknown uh the fir um the first thing that everybody has to watch for is what's going on with the magnetic field this is the first procedure thing so they can actually see what's about to happen and the magnetic field uh since in 2003 it was getting so um weak that uh Nova made a program an hourlong program with different scientists that studied these things and they said at that time that they believe that the North and South Pole are going to reverse themselves that the North Pole magnetic pole will become the South and South will become the North and uh and that uh but they didn't think this was going to happen for maybe maybe sometime this century and then about a year and a half or so ago they went on the internet and they said uh well uh it's much worse than we thought this was you know a few years later they only got 11 days uh before the government shut them down wouldn't let them can speak about anymore but they said it's much it's getting much weaker much faster than we thought and we now say that it's going to happen within 25 years and then they came on a few months ago for about five days before they were shut down and said this is going way faster than we thought this could happen any minute and what what they're talking about is the energy comes out of the out of the um the South Pole and it come the lines come out and then they wrap around the entire planet and come in at the nor well the lines at human body yeah they go around and they come back in but the lines coming out the South Pole are there's these huge areas that are forming and the lines are wrapping right back into the Earth and so the which is making the field weaker and weaker well if that suddenly the whole thing does that then it shuts the magnetics off and that's the first huge step and once that happens you've only got about 14 days science knows this it's not just spirituality at science and knowled at 14 days maybe 21 and then you're going to have a physical pole shift of the earth which uh is uh huge there probably won't be hardly a building left standing on Earth if this is true and uh and and then directly after that and during that time is a transition uh where we move into another level of existence where the problems that we're faced at that point are not problems anymore we know exactly how to solve these problems uh and uh we have everything within us and at which point uh uh at that point that's when we uh literally are no longer human we're human we look human but our interpretation of everything what we're what we believe everything is completely changes and and and that is the point where we are then able to see and understand uh the other levels of Life the ETS and the itss that that are here and uh so it's more like a dream world we create we see things we just uh the fourth dimension is very much like a dream world world so is this one but we just don't know it uh we're creating everything here too but the the time response is slower when we move into the fourth dimension it's instantaneous everything that we see we're doing it we're creating it and that's a problem because uh at first because if you step in there and you don't understand that you are doing it and you think it's just happening uh uh many scenarios could happen for one that you usually go into fear if you don't know you're doing it and then your fears manifest in the outer world and then it it throws you back into the into the third dimensional world where you can't go back and so life is already set up for that they're already prepared for it they know exactly what they're going to do uh for people that are in those levels and they will be brought to other they they themselves this is the this is the Hy and the and the American Indian prophecy uh they say that almost all the people on Earth uh will go back to where they came for be from before they came to Earth that's what they believe at which point the reason they're doing that is so they could be in a familiar Place uh to make these kind of Transitions and not in a in a world that they don't really truly understand and uh and uh the American Indian prophecies and the prophecies from the indigenous people around the world are quite extraordinary on what they say it's it verges on what we would call science fiction but uh at the same time they all agree all the world which is so amazing whether you go to Africa or or New Zealand or the Polynesian or all over uh they have the same belief as to what is about to happen in the transition that we're about to go through it's and um it's only uh the the industrialized World which is you know most of the humanity we don't know what's going on we have no idea we're really lost in all of this would you John Val it was so amazing speaking with you took 45 minutes later you know we're still here talking and I'm enjoying this very very much and of course telling everybody you know you have wonderful seminars all around the world and four books that are out and there's many many ways to learn more about your teaching so um but would you have a last little message or something to say um to us before before we finish this inter you well this conversation that this transition that we are in and that we're all about to go through is a thing of beauty it it I know it has a turbulent areas in it in the whole thing but if you just uh believe in yourself and believe in in God and your connection to all life everywhere and just trust in yourself uh this transition is going to be fantastic it's a time to celebrate not to be go into fear and just don't be afraid and just go with open eyes and and we're about to do something that's just amazing and it's simple like I said you just connect your heart to the heart of the earth heart of the Sun and sit back and relax and watch the movie because you don't have to have anything to worry about if you do that I truly truly believe this is true thank you thank you and I hope to interview again very soon and if there's some great news that
